The 12,000 SF building provides a new state of the art physical therapy gym and serves as their second location. The project scope includes a covered drop off area, waiting/reception room, a hydro therapy pool a physical therapy gymnasium, along with required support spaces. The gym includes treatment rooms, a coffee and refreshment bar, and indoor walking track. The constructed cost for the project totaled approximately $4.2 million.
