Located in the Renaissance At Colony Park, Mint Restaurant offered a unique dining experience. The vision of the Owner was to create an eclectic and festive atmosphere. A large red chandelier was selected to serve as the focal point of the room and inspired the palette of interior finishes. Diners had their choice to dine in one of four distinctly different dining rooms that reflected the versatility of the menu.
