Dean Architecture provided full A/E services for the design of a new Science Building at St. Andrew’s Upper School. The 30,179 SF facility houses two Chemistry laboratories, two Biology laboratories, two Physics laboratories, and a tiered lecture hall to seat 100. Three classrooms, various meeting rooms, faculty offices, and a recycling center are also part of the new facility. The $5 million building serves as an interactive learning center showcasing combined laboratory classrooms, smaller secondary lab spaces for students’ long term research, outdoor experiment classroom areas, and a greenhouse.
